Ad watchdog group Truth in Advertising has filed a complaint with the US FDA and FTC over Nutrafol’s hair growth supplement representations. Food Labeling
We are investigating several food and nutritional supplement products to determine the accuracy of labeling and nutritional and health benefit claims, including the accuracy of labeling.
Insurance Bad Faith
We are investigating claims of inadequate fire loss coverage for homeowners who suffered total losses from the Marshall fire in Boulder County, Colorado, in December 2021. We have reason to believe insurance companies use software known as 360Value that consistently underestimates replacement costs, leaving homeowners underinsured when they lose their homes to fire. We believe this practice occurs in other states as well, including California, where wildfires are a common occurrence.
Tenant Rights
We have successfully litigated and settled over a dozen class actions for apartment tenants in Texas over excessive utility charges and rent late fees. We continue to investigate such claims for tenants at apartments, homes and manufactured home rental parks in California, Colorado, and other states.
Landowner Claims in Oil and Gas Matters
